About
Welcome to the vibrant world of West Coast Tacos, a culinary gem nestled in the heart of Bellevue, Washington. Located at 500 Bellevue Way NE Fl 2, this taco haven stands out in a bustling food scene, offering a delightful mix of flavors inspired by the sunny coasts of California.
As I embarked on my taco-tasting journey, I was greeted by the buzzing atmosphere of the newly reopened Lincoln Square food hall. The excitement was palpable, and customers filled the space, eagerly diving into a variety of dishes. One highlight was the taco flight that captivated taste buds, with the shrimp taco emerging as a standout favorite. Its fresh ingredients and perfectly balanced flavors made it a must-try, complemented beautifully by a refreshing mango drink.
Several reviews echo a sentiment of satisfaction, particularly surrounding the Birria Tacos. One ardent fan rated them an impressive 8 out of 10, praising the rich, thick consommé that clung to the tacos. An excellent feature for those who crave depth in flavor, though there is a shared wish among reviewers for a tad more crunch and zest. "West Coast Tacos struck a chord with its offerings, but tweaking the lime sizes and achieving a crisper taco could elevate the experience further," noted one satisfied customer.
However, with great food comes the need for attentive service. Some patrons noted occasional lapses in attendance that could affect the overall dining experience. It’s a gentle reminder for the team behind West Coast Tacos to ensure every visit feels as rewarding as the last, reinforcing the importance of consistent customer care.
In essence, West Coast Tacos is more than just a taco stand; it’s an experience. The blend of enticing flavors, including the mention-worthy fried chicken from neighboring Seoul Bowl, and the aesthetically pleasing ambiance make it a noteworthy dining destination in Bellevue. Whether you're a taco aficionado or a casual diner, this is a place that invites you to explore and savor every bite.
So, if you find yourself in Bellevue, don’t miss the chance to indulge in this culinary fiesta. I, for one, am looking forward to my next visit, eager to explore more of what West Coast Tacos has to offer. Get ready for a taco experience that promises to deliver both flavor and fun!
“ I tried the Birria Tacos, and I thought they were pretty good - I would give them an 8/10. They could use just a little more punch of flavor. Consommé was excellent, 10/10 - super thick and grabbed onto the tacos (I don’t like consommé too runny, you don’t get the flavor.) Limes were cut too small though, difficult to squeeze the juice out. Also the tacos could be a little more crispy. Was overall good though, will be back. ”
“ I had tacos here several times and the food was fairly good. But this place is often unattended. As it's claimed as open, I would advise restaurant owner take some care of attendance. ”
“ Super excited the food hall in Lincoln Square opened back up and so happy tacos is back with other yummy businesses. My boyfriend and I tried west coast tacos and seoul bowl. Didn't get a picture of his food...he started eating it before I could get a decent photo. I got the taco flight ($15). The tacos were all delicious but the star was the shrimp taco which was my favorite and the mango drink was the perfect drink to wash it all down. Service was great and we didn't have to wait long either (10-15 min between West Coast Tacos and Seoul Bowl). Will for sure be back to try the birria tacos! My boyfriend devoured his fried chicken ($16) from Seoul Bowl, he said best wings he's had in awhile. Some could say prices are high but being in Bellevue and in a clean and aesthetic location the prices are justified! Need to try Drip Tea next time :). Also parking is validated for 3 hours! ”
“ First time here and glad I came. Portions are easily big enough to split. Food is good, service is fast and no scripted nonsense. Really liked it! Thanks TJ! ”
